HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

You can contact us through the form on the site or via email. We will have an initial conversation to talk through your colours and any idea of style you have in mind for the event. You are welcome to share any images and inspiration you have to help start off the process. After starting off the design process we will mainly be in touch via email and keep you updated with the project progress throughout. Feel free to contact us at anytime throughout the collaboration.

 

WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS?

After placing your order and paying a 50% deposit on your stationery, you will provide the final wording to us and then we can begin designing. We offer two design concepts, you also have two rounds of changes if needed in the price. Once your design has been approved we’ll ask for your final payment to be made.

 

HOW MUCH WILL MY INVITATIONS COST?

As each suite is tailor-made we like to talk through ideas before giving an estimated cost. We produce an itemised quote so you can see exactly what each item’s design and print will cost.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Typically the whole design process can take between 4-6 weeks with an additional 2-4 weeks for printing and delivery depending on the finishing chosen.

 

HOW MUCH WILL PRINTING COST?

Printing costs are estimated separately from our design costs as there is so much variation in the options available for print.

 

WILL I SEE MY FINISHED DESIGN BEFORE THEY’RE PRINTED?

You will see a final design before anything is sent to the press. We will check them for colour and print quality. You will have the final sign off on all artworks.
